An amazing variety of neighborhoods and communities make up the Greater Asheville Area. Each neighborhood offers different amenities and a unique character. Any real estate agent and every website (including this one) can offer you information on listings. I feel it's my job to provide more than just the sq/ft, number of beds/baths and list price. I seek to provide my clients a deeper understanding of homes and neighborhoods around Asheville and connect them with a home or property that fits their criteria and their style. With this concept in mind, I wanted to make a series of videos that captured the energy of several of our most popular neighborhoods and communities. Downtown Asheville
Live close, live better! Living in Downtown Asheville has it's advantages. Amazing city parks, dining and entertainment are just steps from your door. Living downtown also allows residents to take full advantage of the nightlife and abundance of craft breweries that are within walking distance.
